Sometimes we get so overwhelmed with the different day to day activities, we can find it difficult to wind down, and really make meaningful and relaxing memories with our loved ones.

It won’t be surprising to hear that caregiver fatigue can be detrimental to mental wellbeing and has a negative impact on all family and friends. A lot of people end up just doing the same 3 things over and over again – that do not actually provide an outlet for expressing emotion or stress. Netflix anyone?

This is why in the theme of #bellletstalk day, we would like to share some ideas for self-care you can do as a family!

Many of the ideas do not require a lot of mobility or cost.

Next time you are feeling drained, or just require some inspiration, try out one of the activities below. And better yet, ask a family member to join you.
